"This is my second visit this month. First with my car and now my wife’s. The team here is really squared away. They ask a lot of great questions and make solid recommendations. They were all friendly and professional. My wife’s car needed a little more work than mine. They explained everything in detail about the services they were offering, and it was a no-brainer. Again, a really great staff."

"I brought my Lexus GX here for a routine oil change and unfortunately it turned into a very expensive problem. During the service, they stripped 2 out of the 4 bolts in the engine cover/skid plate housing. I should have realized something was wrong because the worker in the bay below my vehicle was constantly cursing and struggling with something. When I asked about it, they brushed it off and said they were “working through some rust.” That made no sense because my vehicle is not that old and very well maintained. What’s even worse is that nobody informed me they had damaged the vehicle. I only found out later when another mechanic put the car on a lift and physically showed me the stripped bolts and damaged housing. There was no rust at all. According to the mechanic, it looks like they either used the wrong tools or didn’t know the proper procedure for working on a Lexus GX skid plate system. Now the damaged bolts have to be drilled out and replaced, which is costing me additional time and money for something that should have been a simple oil change. Be very careful bringing your vehicle here. If I hadn’t gone somewhere else afterward, I would have had no idea they damaged the underside of my car."

They offered recommendations and thoughtfully explained why certain things might be helpful, but what I especially appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure. Unlike some dealership experiences I’ve had in the past, they never pushed unnecessary services. That honesty and respect built real trust. Because of their professionalism, transparency, and genuine kindness, I feel very confident trusting these mechanics with my car.
